Billing Procedures & Payment Policies

We are preferred providers for some insurance companies. If you would like to know if we are preferred providers for your insurance company please contact the customer service phone number listed on your insurance card. We are not reimbursed from Medicaid. Therefore, Medicaid patients must pay the entire fee at the time of service. If payment is a problem we can often times work out a payment plan.
For each date of service we will bill your insurance company with the insurance information you provided us at the time of your initial evaluation. We will bill your primary insurance first. After we receive a response from your primary insurance or after 60 days has passed, we will bill your secondary insurance. Once we receive a response from your secondary insurance or if you do not have a secondary insurance or 60 days has passed without a response, the remaining balance will be your responsibility. Your payment in full will be due 30 days from receiving a patient statement. If you do not have insurance you are responsible for bringing payment in full to each appointment. If payment is a problem we can often times work out a payment plan. Payment plans will be charged a finance charge.
If your bill is not paid in a timely manner, (30 days from receipt of your patient statement) your account will be sent to a collection agency. You will be responsible for all additional costs associated with placing your account with a collection agency additional cost may include but not limited to, collection agency commission, attorney fees, and court costs.

Professional Fees
Fees for services are as follows:
Diagnostic interview, $250.00
Psychotherapy $98.00 for 20-30 minutes
Psychotherapy $175 for 45-60 minutes
Psychotherapy $225.00 for 75-90 minutes
Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Exam $250.00
Neuropsychological Testing $250.00 per hour
billed at 2 hours for every one hour of contact time
Phone calls for face to face clients $50.00 per 15 minutes
We also charge $50.00 per 15 minutes for report preparation, consulting with other professionals by your request, preparation of records or treatments summaries or other services you may request.
Depositions $ 500.00 per hour
